On the Road with Andrea- Episode 6: Hogback Mountain

On a cool, windy day while traveling along Route 9 in Vermont, Andrea decided to make a quick stop to take in the famous 100-mile view at the Hogback Mountain Scenic Overlook. The Hogback Mountain Conservation Area offers several activities for those who love spending time outdoors including hiking and snow-shoeing. The area is also home for a variety of mammals such as deer, bobcat and moose and is a summer home for neotropical migrant birds like the black-throated blue and black-throated green warblers.
