Keene and a Remediation of Mold and Rebuild

The bank owned property was severely infested with mold. The only option was a complete demolition of the mold damaged building elements, wrapping them for removal without spreading the contamination, and chemical treatments. The Before Photo shows the stripped down kitchen, to the framing and the concrete pad. SERVPRO technicians sprayed antifungal agents on all the exposed surfaces, including the attic crawl above. A deodorized was fogged into the affected areas as the final step before the rebuild, which is illustrated in a new kitchen. During the demolition, OSHA and EPA protocols are followed with the use of air scrubbers and HEPA filtered vacuums.
