Mold Damage – Keene Rental Unit

Mold damage was extensive as a result of standing water in this vacant rental unit. The client was concerned about additional mold damage developing in other areas where there was additional standing water. We cleaned up that water immediately and then set up a containment field to prevent mold spores from traveling throughout the unit during the remediation process. We tore out and properly disposed of the damaged drywall. Industrial air movers and dehumidifiers were used to aid the drying process and help return the air quality to normal standards. The entire affected area was then cleaned and treated with an antimicrobial agent to inhibit any future mold growth.
