Fire & Water - Cleanup & Restoration

Cheshire Windham 40 Years Part1

Since 1978, SERVPRO of Cheshire County has been honored to have our community’s trust when disaster strikes. Richard Paul committed to SERVPRO in 1988, purchasing the company and guiding its growth and building connections within Cheshire County to the present day. Over the years the Paul family pledges daily to be "Ready for whatever happens" in all the towns and areas we serve.

Our video offers a look inside the workings of SERVPRO of Cheshire County and introductions to the people and equipment that help the successes to happen. During the decades of hard, skilled work by highly qualified technicians and office staff, we aided thousands of neighboring businesses and residents faced with the unimaginable destruction water, fire, mold, trauma, and biohazards can visit upon properties.

Led by a family with a vision to support and serve, SERVPRO of Cheshire County inspires confidence backed by our long history of successful restorations. After 40 years, our family-owned company is just as invested in providing fast, skilled restoration services as ever.

Richard Paul continues to set the standard and is joined by the management team by Co-Owners Ryan and Derek Paul. Both learned the restoration business from the ground up and are responsible today for Operations and Marketing. From the time they joined work crews during school vacations until the present, Ryan and Derek embody the can-do and caring spirit of SERVPRO of Cheshire County.

Another generation of Pauls awaits in the wings, young Anna and Mason Paul peeking out from behind their mother Melissa Paul as she answers calls and reassures customers, returning or new, that SERVPRO of Cheshire County will soon be on the scene of their disaster. Our big green trucks arrive with the equipment and the certified technicians who can transform devastating damage back to preloss condition, “Like it never even happened.”

Years in the restoration business garnered many tributes for the owners and employees at SERVPRO of Cheshire County. Remembering these proud and happy moments is a bonus for the people who made our recovery company what it is today. After all the awards and accolades over the decades, however, the message the Paul family wants to share is heartfelt thanks back to the communities that honor us by entrusting your homes and businesses to our care.
